Lisa spent over thirteen and a half years with the YMCA as a director before becoming the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters.  She has extensive experience in fund development, board development, partnership, strategic planning, and staff development with staffs exceeding 200.  Lisa has Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Psychology from the College of Idaho and a Master of Social Work from University of Utah.

Lisa is a member of the Downtown Boise Rotary Club, serves on the Board of Directors for the Whitney Foundation, and is a loyal BSU Bronco fan.  She was matched in 2007 with a Little Sister in our Community Program.
